Michael Oersted, is responsible for data and documentation, to be used in operating assets and buildings at Copenhagen Airport, and is responsible for collecting these from both daily operation and more than 100 annual projects.
Michael has introduced the usage of BIM at Copenhagen Airport, and is ensuring a benefit of more than 4% pr. BIM project, resulting in better projects with higher quality, and minimized risks.
Michael attends several industry initiatives in Denmark, including a standard for asset owners to ensure asset and operational data in BIM projects, and a taskforce to ensure better ways to design contracts for the building\asset owner, in order to better support BIM projects.
Furthermore Michael is chairman for the digitalization group at Danish Building owners society.
